Create your account
- Open ArchTracksy and choose Start free. Create an account using your email and password, or continue with Google. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
- Your architecture workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for 14 days. No card is needed, nothing is charged, and there is no approval wait.
- For email registration, open the verification link sent to your inbox. Check spam too. When the verification banner appears, use Resend email or I’ve verified as needed.
- Open Settings and enter your SLIA membership number if you want it on your records. ArchTracksy does not certify SLIA, so by registering you confirm you are entitled to practise.
Before entering real studio information, try the public demonstration with fictional studio records.
Install on your phone
ArchTracksy is a progressive web app (PWA). You add it from your browser and open it from your home screen.
- iPhone: open the Architecture page in Safari. Choose Share (under More in some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then confirm Add.
- Android: open the Architecture page in Chrome. Use Install and create shortcut → Install. Older versions may show Install app or Add to home screen.
Follow the full iPhone and Android installation guide if your browser shows a different menu. Home-screen shortcuts open Arch home, Projects, Stages and Visits directly.
Installation does not activate Pro or remove the need for an internet connection for sign-in, billing and signed-in money.

Projects
- Choose Projects. Enter the project name, client and a non-negative total fee.
- Status can move through concept, detail, approval, site or closed in that order.
- Open projects appear on Arch home.
Stage fees
Choose Stages to add a project, stage, amount and due date. Status can move through due, invoiced or paid.
Site visits, clients and reminders
Choose Visits to log a project, date and notes. Status can move through scheduled or done. Choose Calendar, Clients, Timeline and Reminders for notes you type.
Studio money
Money is the signed-in ledger: design fees, stage payment, supervision and other income, plus software, prints, travel, staff and other expenses you type.
Marking a stage fee paid may write income when you are signed in. Site visits do not write to this ledger on their own.
Reports and export
Reports is a Pro tab after the 14-day trial. It offers income summary, expense summary and CSV ledger export as a pack for review.
Upgrade, renew or cancel
- Open Settings or Subscription from your account. Your current plan, trial end date and SLIA membership number are shown.
- To upgrade, choose the monthly or annual Studio Pro plan and send the invoice request. The MyTracksy team confirms payment instructions by email or WhatsApp; Pro is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Online card checkout is not yet available.
- Renewals follow the same request flow before the period ends. To cancel, simply do not renew; your records stay in your account and the workspace continues on Free.
Refunds and billing terms are described in the refund policy and terms of service.
Storage, sync and privacy
- Projects, stage fees and site visits stay on this device first. They are native architecture records in the ArchTracksy desk.
- Studio money uses the signed-in ledger. Marking a stage fee paid may write income when you are signed in. Access is limited to your profile by database and storage rules.
- Signing out keeps signed-in ledger records in your account. Clearing website data can remove device-first entries on that device.
- After the trial: your workspace never locks. Pro reports pause on Free until Pro is activated; every record stays in your account. There is no approval wait.
Read the privacy policy for the full description of processing. You remain responsible for studio records, device security and record retention.
What this release does not do
- It does not produce drawings, run BIM, certify SLIA, or move money.
- Stage fees are amounts you type. They are not a certified invoice.
- Site visits are notes you type. They are not an inspection report sent to a council.
- Reports are a pack for review. They are not a drawing, BIM or payment export.
- Reports require Pro after the 14-day trial.
Projects, stage fees and site visits are records you type. When signed in, marking a stage fee paid may write income — a record, not a payment taken by the app. In the public demo, a stage-fee payment cannot exceed the remaining stage fee.
Troubleshooting and support
- Reports are locked after 14 days
- Your Pro trial has ended and the account is on Free. Open Subscription to request Pro activation; the MyTracksy team activates it after invoice payment. There is no approval wait to keep the workspace open.
- My projects are not on the other device
- Device-first entries stay on the device where you typed them. Sign in with a real account for studio money, then open the second device while online.
- The demo refused the stage-fee payment
- In the public demo, a stage-fee payment cannot exceed the remaining stage fee. Reduce the amount, then try again.
- Marking a stage fee paid did not take a card payment
- That is expected. ArchTracksy records the amounts you type. It does not produce drawings, run BIM, certify SLIA, or move money. Stage fees are amounts you type.
