Create your account
- Open DentalTracksy and choose Start free. Create an account using your email and password, or continue with Google. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
- Your dental workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for 14 days. No card is needed and nothing is charged. Add your SLMC number so review keeps it open.
- For email registration, open the verification link sent to your inbox. Check spam too. When the verification banner appears, use Resend email or I’ve verified as needed.
- Add your SLMC number from the banner inside the app within those 14 days. SLMC review keeps the trial open. Professional approval and paid Pro activation are separate.
Before entering real dental information, try the public demonstration with fictional dental records.
Install on your phone
DentalTracksy is a progressive web app (PWA). You add it from your browser and open it from your home screen.
- iPhone: open the Dental page in Safari. Choose Share (under More in some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then confirm Add.
- Android: open the Dental page in Chrome. Use Install and create shortcut → Install. Older versions may show Install app or Add to home screen.
Follow the full iPhone and Android installation guide if your browser shows a different menu. Home-screen shortcuts open Dental home, Patients, Treatments and Lab directly.
Installation does not activate Pro or remove the need for an internet connection for sign-in, billing and signed-in money.

Treatment plans
Choose Treatments to add a patient, title, date and amount. Status can move through planned, in progress, done or paused.
Lab, installments, clients and reminders
Choose Lab to log a patient, work, fee and date. Status can move through sent, received or fitted. Choose Installments to log a patient, amount and due date. Choose Calendar, Clients, Timeline and Reminders for notes you type.
Practice money
Money is the signed-in ledger: consultation, treatment, lab recovery and other income, plus lab fees, materials, rent, staff and other expenses you type.
Marking an installment paid may write income when you are signed in. Lab work does not write to this ledger on its own.
Reports and export
Reports is a Pro tab after the 14-day trial. It offers income summary, expense summary and CSV ledger export as a pack for review.
Upgrade, renew or cancel
- Open Settings or Subscription from your account. Your current plan, trial end date and SLMC number are shown.
- To upgrade, choose the monthly or annual Practice Pro plan and send the invoice request. The MyTracksy team confirms payment instructions by email or WhatsApp; Pro is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Online card checkout is not yet available.
- Renewals follow the same request flow before the period ends. To cancel, simply do not renew; your records stay in your account and the workspace continues on Free.
Refunds and billing terms are described in the refund policy and terms of service.
Storage, sync and privacy
- Patients, treatment plans, lab and installments stay on this device first. They are native dental records in the DentalTracksy desk. Clinical PII stays on this device first.
- Practice money uses the signed-in ledger. Marking an installment paid may write income when you are signed in. Access is limited to your profile by database and storage rules.
- Signing out keeps signed-in ledger records in your account. Clearing website data can remove device-first entries on that device.
- After the trial: your workspace never locks. Pro reports pause on Free until Pro is activated; every record stays in your account. SLMC review keeps the trial workspace open.
Read the privacy policy for the full description of processing. You remain responsible for dental records, device security and record retention.
What this release does not do
- It does not diagnose, store clinical charts as a medical record system, process card payments, or move money.
- Treatment plans are notes you type. They are not a diagnosis.
- Lab fees and installments are amounts you type. They are not a lab order or a card payment.
- Reports are a pack for review. They are not a clinical or payment export.
- Reports require Pro after the 14-day trial.
Patients, treatment plans, lab fees and installments are records you type. When signed in, marking an installment paid may write income — a record, not a payment taken by the app. In the public demo, an installment payment cannot exceed the remaining plan balance.
Troubleshooting and support
- Reports are locked after 14 days
- Your Pro trial has ended and the account is on Free. Open Subscription to request Pro activation; the MyTracksy team activates it after invoice payment. Add your SLMC number so review keeps the workspace open.
- My patients are not on the other device
- Device-first entries stay on the device where you typed them. Sign in with a real account for practice money, then open the second device while online.
- The demo refused the installment
- In the public demo, an installment payment cannot exceed the remaining plan balance. Reduce the amount, then try again.
- Marking an installment paid did not take a card payment
- That is expected. DentalTracksy records the amounts you type. It does not diagnose, store clinical charts as a medical record system, process card payments, or move money. Treatment plans are notes you type.
