Create your account
- Open PharmaTracksy and choose Start free. Create an account using your email and password, or continue with Google. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
- Your pharmacy workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for 14 days. No card is needed, nothing is charged, and there is no approval wait.
- For email registration, open the verification link sent to your inbox. Check spam too. When the verification banner appears, use Resend email or I’ve verified as needed.
- An NMRA pharmacy licence number is optional. Open Settings only if you want it on your records; it is not required to use the workspace and is not checked against a public register.
Before entering real pharmacy information, try the public demonstration with fictional pharmacy records.
Install on your phone
PharmaTracksy is a progressive web app (PWA). You add it from your browser and open it from your home screen.
- iPhone: open the Pharmacy page in Safari. Choose Share (under More in some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then confirm Add.
- Android: open the Pharmacy page in Chrome. Use Install and create shortcut → Install. Older versions may show Install app or Add to home screen.
Follow the full iPhone and Android installation guide if your browser shows a different menu. Home-screen shortcuts open Pharmacy home, Stock, Suppliers and Dispense directly.
Installation does not activate Pro or remove the need for an internet connection for sign-in, billing and signed-in money.

Your first pharmacy day

- Open Stock. Add Sample Med paracetamol 500mg with qty 24, cost and sell price.
- Open Suppliers and add Sample Supplier Lanka Pharma.
- Open Dispense and log 2 units. Remaining on-hand should be 22. Sign in if you want the sale posted to pharmacy money.
- Open Money to review income you typed.
- On Pro, open Reports and review the pack.
Find your way around on a phone
Use the sidebar or bottom navigation. Settings sits with language and the honesty note.
- Pharmacy home
- Command centre for stock, suppliers, dispense and money.
- Stock
- Medicines with batch, quantity, cost, sell price and expiry.
- Suppliers
- Supplier name and phone you type.
- Dispense
- Sales log with quantity and amount you type.
- Pharmacy money
- Signed-in ledger.
- Reports
- Pro pack for review.
On a computer, these sections appear in the sidebar. This guide uses the English labels; your chosen language may translate them. There is no calendar tab in this release.
Stock
- Choose Stock. Enter the medicine name, optional batch, quantity, unit cost, sell price and optional expiry date.
- Status can move through in stock, low, expired or out.
- Low or out stock and past-expiry dates appear as alerts on Pharmacy home.
Suppliers
Choose Suppliers to add a name and optional phone. This is a contact book you type, not a wholesaler portal and not an order system.
Dispense, clients and reminders
Choose Dispense to log a medicine, positive quantity, non-negative amount, optional customer and date. Choose Clients, Timeline and Reminders for notes you type.
Pharmacy money
Money is the signed-in ledger: OTC sales, Rx sales and other income, plus stock purchase, rent, staff and utilities expenses you type.
Logging a dispense may write income when you are signed in. Stock and suppliers do not write to this ledger on their own.
Reports and export
Reports is a Pro tab after the 14-day trial. It offers income summary, expense summary and CSV ledger export as a pack for review.
Upgrade, renew or cancel
- Open Settings or Subscription from your account. Your current plan, trial end date and optional NMRA pharmacy licence number are shown.
- To upgrade, choose the monthly or annual Pharmacy Pro plan and send the invoice request. The MyTracksy team confirms payment instructions by email or WhatsApp; Pro is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Online card checkout is not yet available.
- Renewals follow the same request flow before the period ends. To cancel, simply do not renew; your records stay in your account and the workspace continues on Free.
Refunds and billing terms are described in the refund policy and terms of service.
Storage, sync and privacy
- Stock, suppliers and dispense stay on this device first. They are native pharmacy records in the PharmaTracksy desk.
- Pharmacy money uses the signed-in ledger. Logging a dispense may write income when you are signed in. Access is limited to your profile by database and storage rules.
- Signing out keeps signed-in ledger records in your account. Clearing website data can remove device-first entries on that device.
- After the trial: your workspace never locks. Pro reports pause on Free until Pro is activated; every record stays in your account.
Read the privacy policy for the full description of processing. You remain responsible for pharmacy records, device security and record retention.
What this release does not do
- It does not verify NMRA against a register, check drug interactions, submit e-prescriptions, or move money.
- Dispense is your own record, not a legal prescription pad.
- Quantities and amounts are figures you type. They are not a payout from the app.
- Reports are a pack for review. They are not an NMRA or e-prescription export.
- Reports require Pro after the 14-day trial.
Stock, suppliers and dispense are records you type. When signed in, logging a dispense may write income — a record, not a payment taken by the app. In the public demo, a dispense quantity cannot exceed on-hand stock.
Troubleshooting and support
- Reports are locked after 14 days
- Your Pro trial has ended and the account is on Free. Open Subscription to request Pro activation; the MyTracksy team activates it after invoice payment.
- My stock is not on the other device
- Device-first entries stay on the device where you typed them. Sign in with a real account for pharmacy money, then open the second device while online.
- The demo refused the dispense
- In the public demo, a dispense quantity cannot exceed on-hand stock. Reduce the quantity, then try again.
- Logging a dispense did not take a card payment
- That is expected. PharmaTracksy records the amounts you type. It does not verify NMRA against a register, check drug interactions, submit e-prescriptions, or move money. Dispense is your own record, not a legal prescription pad.
