Make MyTracksy Aqua part of your farm day.

1. Open MyTracksy Aqua and choose Start free. Create an account using your email and password, or continue with Google. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
2. Your aquaculture workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for 14 days. No card is needed, nothing is charged, and there is no approval wait.
3. For email registration, open the verification link sent to your inbox. Check spam too. When the verification banner appears, use Resend email or I’ve verified as needed.
4. A NAQDA licence number is optional. Open Settings only if you want it on your records; it is not required to use the workspace.

Before entering real farm information, try the public demonstration with fictional farm records.

MyTracksy Aqua is a progressive web app (PWA). You add it from your browser and open it from your home screen.

• iPhone: open the Aqua page in Safari. Choose Share (under More in some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then confirm Add.
• Android: open the Aqua page in Chrome. Use Install and create shortcut → Install. Older versions may show Install app or Add to home screen.

Follow the full iPhone and Android installation guide if your browser shows a different menu. Home-screen shortcuts open Dashboard, Ponds, Feed and Harvest directly.

Installation does not activate Pro or remove the need for an internet connection for sign-in, billing, sync and the signed-in ledger.

Every new account starts with the full Pro package free for 14 days, then continues on Free unless Pro is activated — there is no approval step.

Use fictional records for your first walkthrough. Read Storage, sync and privacy before entering farm information.

1. Open Ponds & Tanks. Add Sample Pond 1 with species prawn and stage growing.
2. Open Feed & Warehouse and log 40 kg of feed on Pond 1.
3. Open Water Quality and enter a dissolved-oxygen reading of 5.8 mg/L.
4. Open Harvest & Sales and record a LKR 185,000 sale to Sample Buyer Fernando. A harvest payment received cannot exceed the sale amount.
5. If you are signed in, the sale may write income to the ledger. On Pro, open Reports to see a CSV of the signed-in ledger.

On a computer, these sections appear in the sidebar. This guide uses the English labels; your chosen language may translate them.

1. Choose Ponds & Tanks. Enter name, species, area, stock count, stage and optional harvest date.
2. Stage moves through fingerling, growing, pre-harvest, harvested or idle from the value you typed.
3. Feed, water and harvest lines attach to the pond you select. Quantity and stage are figures you type.

Feed

Choose Feed & Warehouse. Enter date, pond, feed type, kilograms, cost and optional FCR. These are records you type, not a warehouse scale.

Water

Choose Water Quality. Enter pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, ammonia and optional salinity. Status is calculated from the figures you typed. The app does not run sensors or aerators.

Feed and water logs are saved on your device first and synced when online.

Harvest

1. Choose Harvest & Sales. Enter date, pond, species, quantity, price per kg, buyer, grade and currency.
2. Mark a sale paid or unpaid. In the public demo, a harvest payment received cannot exceed the sale amount — a teaching rule so the numbers stay honest.
3. When you are signed in, a harvest sale may also write income to your money ledger so the two stay in step. It does not collect a card payment.

Buyers, calendar, timeline and reminders

1. Buyers keeps farm buyers you type.
2. Farm Calendar lists events you create.
3. Timeline lists recent activity on this workspace.
4. Reminders are tasks you create, such as a NAQDA renewal date you typed in Settings.

These records are device first, then your account. Confirm sync before relying on them on a second phone.

Income and Expenses are the signed-in ledger. Record harvest sales, other income, feed, stock, labour, utilities and other spend. Receipts and the Transaction Inbox also use your signed-in account. Totals on Dashboard come from these records plus your harvest book.

Tax organises annualised figures you typed. Reports summarises income, expenses and a CSV. Auditor Export prepares a CSV for your own review or an adviser. AI Tools need Pro plus wallet tokens.

1. Open Settings or the subscription screen from your account. Your current plan, trial end date and optional NAQDA licence number are shown.
2. To upgrade, choose the monthly or annual Single Farm plan and send the invoice request. The MyTracksy team confirms payment instructions by email or WhatsApp; Pro is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Online card checkout is not yet available.
3. Renewals follow the same request flow before the period ends. To cancel, simply do not renew; your records stay in your account and the workspace continues on Free.

Refunds and billing terms are described in the refund policy and terms of service.

• Ponds, feed, water, harvest, buyers, calendar, timeline and reminders are saved on your device first, so they work on the bund without signal, and sync to your signed-in account when you are online. Signing in on another device brings the synced entries across.
• Income, expenses, receipts, inbox and settings use your signed-in account. Access is limited to your profile by database and storage rules.
• Signing out keeps synced records in your account. Clearing website data before a sync completes can remove unsynced entries; reconnect first and let the sync finish.
• After the trial: your workspace never locks. Pro tools pause on Free until Pro is activated; every record stays in your account.

Read the privacy policy for the full description of processing. You remain responsible for buyer confidentiality, device security and record retention.

• It does not control aerators or water-quality sensors.
• It does not certify NAQDA or file a licence.
• It does not process card payments or move money.
• It does not infer WHT, calculate a filing, or replace an accountant.

Pond, feed, water and harvest are records you type. When signed in, a harvest sale may write an income entry to the ledger — records, not payments.

Reports are locked after 14 days

Your Pro trial has ended and the account is on Free. Open Settings to request Pro activation; the MyTracksy team activates it after invoice payment.

My pond is not on the other device

Open the app on the device where you entered it while online and wait for the sync indicator, then reload the second device.

The demo refused the harvest payment

In the public demo, a harvest payment received cannot exceed the sale amount. Reduce the amount, then try again.

Recording harvest did not take a card payment or certify NAQDA

That is expected. MyTracksy records the amount; it does not control aerators, certify NAQDA, or move money. When signed in it may write a matching ledger entry.
