Ponds, feed, water and harvest: device first, then your account

Entries are saved on your device immediately and synced to your signed-in account when online, so they follow you between phone and laptop.

Income, expenses, receipts and inbox: signed-in ledger

The income and expense tabs use your signed-in ledger. Harvest sales may write matching income there when you are signed in. Access is limited to your signed-in profile by database and storage rules.

Tax, reports and export: figures you enter

CSV exports are labelled for your own review. Nothing is inferred. WHT and tax treatment stay with you and your adviser.

What this release does not do

No aerator control, no NAQDA certification, and no moving money. Tax, reports, export and AI tools are Pro. The ledger is a form, not a bank connection.

You remain responsible for farm settlements, tax filings, device access and record retention. Read the privacy policy.

Tax, reports, auditor export and AI tools are Pro after the 14-day trial. They organise the figures you typed. They do not file tax, infer WHT, certify NAQDA, or replace professional advice. Briefing and VoiceVault are not tabs on this workspace.

What happens after I create my account?

Your workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for one month — no card needed and no approval wait. Verify your email when requested. Add your NAQDA licence number in Settings if you want it on your records. After one month your account continues on Free unless you activate Pro.

Does MyTracksy Aqua run the farm or certify NAQDA?

No. Pond, feed, water and harvest records are figures you type. The app does not control aerators, certify NAQDA, or move money. In the demo, a harvest payment received cannot exceed the sale amount. When you are signed in, harvest sales may also write income to your ledger.

Where are my pond, feed, water and harvest records stored?

Ponds, feed, water and harvest are saved on your device first and synced to your signed-in account when you are online. Income, expenses, receipts and the inbox use the signed-in ledger. Records are protected by account-scoped access rules.

How do I activate Pro?

Choose a monthly or annual plan and create or sign in to your account. The MyTracksy team confirms the invoice and payment instructions, then activates Pro manually after payment confirmation. Selecting a plan does not charge you or unlock paid access.

Are tax and reports a substitute for an accountant?

No. Tax and reports organise the figures you typed so you can share a CSV. MyTracksy does not infer WHT, calculate a filing, or replace professional advice.
