Make MyTracksy Creator part of your creator day.

1. Open MyTracksy Creator and choose Start free. Create an account using your email and password, or continue with Google. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
2. Your creator workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for 14 days. No card is needed, nothing is charged, and there is no approval wait.
3. For email registration, open the verification link sent to your inbox. Check spam too. When the verification banner appears, use Resend email or I’ve verified as needed.
4. A TIN number is optional. Open Settings only if you want it on your records; it is not required to use the workspace.

Before entering real creator information, try the public demonstration with fictional creator records.

MyTracksy Creator is a progressive web app (PWA). You add it from your browser and open it from your home screen.

• iPhone: open the Creator page in Safari. Choose Share (under More in some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then confirm Add.
• Android: open the Creator page in Chrome. Use Install and create shortcut → Install. Older versions may show Install app or Add to home screen.

Follow the full iPhone and Android installation guide if your browser shows a different menu. Home-screen shortcuts open Creator Home, Brand Deals, Revenue and Gear Vault directly.

Installation does not activate Pro or remove the need for an internet connection for sign-in, billing, sync and the signed-in ledger.

Every new account starts with the full Pro package free for 14 days, then continues on Free unless Pro is activated — there is no approval step.

Use fictional records for your first walkthrough. Read Storage, sync and privacy before entering creator information.

1. Open Brand Deals. Add Sample Brand A on YouTube with contracted fee LKR 120,000 and a note that 40% (LKR 48,000) is received.
2. Open Revenue and record the LKR 48,000 payment on the signed-in ledger.
3. Open Expenses and add a production cost. Flag it for tax review if you want an adviser to look at it later.
4. On Pro, open Gear Vault and add Sample Camera A with purchase cost and useful life.
5. On Pro, open Auditor Export to download a CSV of the signed-in ledger.

On a computer, these sections appear in the sidebar. This guide uses the English labels; your chosen language may translate them.

1. Choose Brand Deals. Enter brand, platform, stage, contracted fee, currency, deliverables, due date and contact.
2. Status can move through pitch, negotiating, shoot booked, delivered, invoice sent, paid or cancelled.
3. Amounts are records you type. Marking a deal paid does not collect a brand payment or post to a social platform.

Brand contacts

Choose Brand Contacts to keep contacts you type. This is a contact list, not a CRM that emails brands for you.

Deal calendar, timeline and reminders

1. Deal calendar shows deliverable due dates as events you entered. You can export ICS for Google or Apple.
2. Timeline lists recent activity on this workspace.
3. Reminders are tasks you create, such as a follow-up on an unpaid invoice.

These records are device first, then your account. Confirm sync before relying on them on a second phone.

Revenue and Expenses are the signed-in income and expense ledger. Record deal payments, AdSense-style income, production costs and software. Totals on Creator Home come from these records plus your brand deals.

Receipts lets you capture a photo of a receipt beside an expense. Transaction Inbox lists signed-in ledger activity.

Tax Review organises annualised income and costs you flagged, including straight-line gear planning amounts. It does not file a return or determine deductibility.

Gear Vault is a Pro list of cameras, computers and other kit you type, with purchase cost and useful life. Straight-line planning is a figure the app derives from those two numbers. An adviser determines the tax treatment.

AI Studio drafts titles, scripts and tax-review questions. Drafts need your review before you use them. Tokens are bought separately from the Token Wallet and are not bundled with Pro.

Auditor Export downloads a CSV of the signed-in ledger for your own review or an adviser. Demo downloads are labelled DEMO ONLY.

1. Open Settings or the subscription screen from your account. Your current plan, trial end date and optional TIN number are shown.
2. To upgrade, choose the monthly or annual Pro Creator plan and send the invoice request. The MyTracksy team confirms payment instructions by email or WhatsApp; Pro is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Online card checkout is not yet available.
3. Renewals follow the same request flow before the period ends. To cancel, simply do not renew; your records stay in your account and the workspace continues on Starter.

• Brand deals, deal calendar, brand contacts, timeline, reminders and Gear Vault are saved on your device first, so they work on the road without signal, and sync to your signed-in account when you are online. Signing in on another device brings the synced entries across.
• Revenue, expenses, receipts, inbox and settings use your signed-in account. Access is limited to your profile by database and storage rules.
• Signing out keeps synced records in your account. Clearing website data before a sync completes can remove unsynced entries; reconnect first and let the sync finish.
• After the trial: your workspace never locks. Pro tools pause on Starter until Pro is activated; every record stays in your account.

Read the privacy policy for the full description of processing. You remain responsible for brand confidentiality, device security and record retention.

• It does not collect brand payments or post to social platforms.
• It does not file a tax return or replace an accountant.
• It does not run a live FX feed. Exchange-rate snapshots are figures you type.
• AI drafts need creator review. Tokens are bought separately.
• Gear Vault, Tax Review, AI Studio and Auditor Export require Pro after the 14-day trial.

Brand deals and expenses are records you type. When signed in, revenue and expenses write to the ledger — a record, not a payment.

Tax Review, Gear Vault, AI Studio or Auditor Export are locked after 14 days

Your Pro trial has ended and the account is on Starter. Open Settings to request Pro activation; the MyTracksy team activates it after invoice payment.

My brand deal is not on the other device

Open the app on the device where you entered it while online and wait for the sync indicator, then reload the second device.

The demo refused the payment

In the public demo, a deal payment received cannot exceed the contracted fee. Reduce the amount, then try again.

Recording a deal did not collect a brand payment or post to a platform

That is expected. MyTracksy records the amount; it does not collect brand payments or post to social platforms.
