Deals, calendar, contacts and gear: device first, then your account

Brand deals, deal calendar, brand contacts, timeline, reminders and Gear Vault are saved on your device immediately and synced to your signed-in account when online, so they follow you between phone and laptop. Gear Vault is a Pro tab after the one-month trial.

Revenue, expenses, receipts and inbox: signed-in ledger

The money tabs use your signed-in ledger. Access is limited to your signed-in profile by database and storage rules. Receipt capture sits beside expenses.

Tax Review and Auditor Export: figures you enter

CSV exports are labelled for your own review or an adviser. Nothing is inferred. Tax treatment stays with you and your adviser.

What this release does not do

No collecting brand payments, no posting to social platforms, and no filing a tax return. AI Studio drafts need your review. Tokens are bought separately. There is no live FX feed — only exchange-rate snapshots you type.

You remain responsible for brand settlements, tax filings, device access and record retention. Read the privacy policy.

What happens after I create my account?

Your workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for one month — no card needed and no approval wait. Verify your email when requested. Add your TIN number in Settings if you want it on your records. After one month your account continues on Free unless you activate Pro.

Does MyTracksy Creator collect brand payments or post to social platforms?

No. Brand deals, revenue and expenses are records you type. The app does not collect brand payments, post to social platforms, or file a tax return. AI drafts need your review. Tokens for AI Studio are bought separately.

Where are my deals, contacts and money stored?

Brand deals, the deal calendar, brand contacts, timeline, reminders and Gear Vault are saved on your device first and synced to your signed-in account when you are online. Revenue, expenses, receipts and inbox use the signed-in ledger. Records are protected by account-scoped access rules.

How do I activate Pro?

Choose a monthly or annual plan and create or sign in to your account. The MyTracksy team confirms the invoice and payment instructions, then activates Pro manually after payment confirmation. Selecting a plan does not charge you or unlock paid access.

Is Tax Review a substitute for filing a return?

No. Tax Review organises the figures you typed so you can share a CSV with an adviser. MyTracksy does not calculate tax, file returns, or replace professional advice. AI drafts need creator review.
