Make FreightTracksy part of your forwarding day.

1. Open FreightTracksy and choose Start free. Create an account using your email and password, or continue with Google. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
2. Your freight workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for 14 days. No card is needed, nothing is charged, and there is no approval wait.
3. For email registration, open the verification link sent to your inbox. Check spam too. When the verification banner appears, use Resend email or I’ve verified as needed.
4. Open Settings and enter your business registration number if you want it on your records. FreightTracksy does not file Customs declarations, so by registering you confirm you are entitled to keep forwarding records.

Before entering real forwarding information, try the public demonstration with fictional forwarding records.

FreightTracksy is a progressive web app (PWA). You add it from your browser and open it from your home screen.

• iPhone: open the Freight page in Safari. Choose Share (under More in some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then confirm Add.
• Android: open the Freight page in Chrome. Use Install and create shortcut → Install. Older versions may show Install app or Add to home screen.

Follow the full iPhone and Android installation guide if your browser shows a different menu. Home-screen shortcuts open Freight home, Shipments, Containers and Duty directly.

Installation does not activate Pro or remove the need for an internet connection for sign-in, billing and signed-in money.

Every new account starts with the full Pro package free for 14 days, no approval wait. After 14 days the account continues on Free unless Pro is activated.

Use fictional records for your first walkthrough. Read Storage, sync and privacy before entering freight information.

1. Open Shipments. Add Sample Shipment with a Colombo–Dubai route and freight charge.
2. Open Containers and add a 1x20 container on that shipment.
3. Open Duty and log LKR 85,000 from a bill.
4. Open Money to review income you typed. Sign in if you want delivering a shipment to post freight income.
5. On Pro, open Reports and review the pack.

On a computer, these sections appear in the sidebar. This guide uses the English labels; your chosen language may translate them. Calendar, clients, timeline and reminders are extra notes in this release.

1. Choose Shipments. Enter the reference, client, route, a positive freight amount and shipment date.
2. Status can move through booked, in transit, at port, cleared or delivered.
3. Open shipments appear on Freight home.

Choose Containers to add a container number, shipment reference and optional free days between 0 and 365. Status can move through empty, loaded or returned.

Choose Duty to log a shipment reference, amount and date from a bill. Status starts as estimate and can move to final. Choose Calendar, Clients, Timeline and Reminders for notes you type.

Money is the signed-in ledger: freight charge, clearing fee, storage and other income, plus carrier, port charges, transport, staff and other expenses you type.

Delivering a shipment may write freight income when you are signed in. Duty notes do not write to this ledger on their own.

Reports is a Pro tab after the 14-day trial. It offers income summary, expense summary and CSV ledger export as a pack for review.

1. Open Settings or Subscription from your account. Your current plan, trial end date and business registration number are shown.
2. To upgrade, choose the monthly or annual Clearing Pro plan and send the invoice request. The MyTracksy team confirms payment instructions by email or WhatsApp; Pro is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Online card checkout is not yet available.
3. Renewals follow the same request flow before the period ends. To cancel, simply do not renew; your records stay in your account and the workspace continues on Free.

• Shipments, containers and duty stay on this device first. They are native freight records in the FreightTracksy desk.
• Forwarding money uses the signed-in ledger. Delivering a shipment may write freight income when you are signed in. Access is limited to your profile by database and storage rules.
• Signing out keeps signed-in ledger records in your account. Clearing website data can remove device-first entries on that device.
• After the trial: your workspace never locks. Pro reports pause on Free until Pro is activated; every record stays in your account. There is no approval wait.

• It does not file Customs declarations, track containers live, or move money.
• Duty figures are amounts you type from a bill. They are not a Customs filing.
• Container records are numbers you type. They are not live tracking.
• Reports are a pack for review. They are not a Customs filing or payment export.
• Reports require Pro after the 14-day trial.

Shipments, containers and duty are records you type. When signed in, delivering a shipment may write freight income — a record, not a payment taken by the app. In the public demo, a recorded duty cannot exceed the shipment's quoted freight charge.

Reports are locked after 14 days

Your Pro trial has ended and the account is on Free. Open Subscription to request Pro activation; the MyTracksy team activates it after invoice payment. There is no approval wait to keep the workspace open.

My shipments are not on the other device

Device-first entries stay on the device where you typed them. Sign in with a real account for forwarding money, then open the second device while online.

The demo refused the duty amount

In the public demo, a recorded duty cannot exceed the shipment's quoted freight charge. Reduce the amount, then try again.

Delivering a shipment did not take a card payment

That is expected. FreightTracksy records the amounts you type. It does not file Customs declarations, track containers live, or move money. Duty figures are amounts you type from a bill.
