Make GemTracksy part of your gem-trade day.

1. Open GemTracksy and choose Start free. Create an account using your email and password, or continue with Google. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
2. Your jewellery workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for 14 days. No card is needed, nothing is charged, and there is no approval wait.
3. For email registration, open the verification link sent to your inbox. Check spam too. When the verification banner appears, use Resend email or I’ve verified as needed.
4. Open Settings and enter your NGJA licence number if you want it on your records. GemTracksy does not certify NGJA, so by registering you confirm you are entitled to keep gem-trade records.

Before entering real gem-trade information, try the public demonstration with fictional gem-trade records.

GemTracksy is a progressive web app (PWA). You add it from your browser and open it from your home screen.

• iPhone: open the Jewellery page in Safari. Choose Share (under More in some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then confirm Add.
• Android: open the Jewellery page in Chrome. Use Install and create shortcut → Install. Older versions may show Install app or Add to home screen.

Follow the full iPhone and Android installation guide if your browser shows a different menu. Home-screen shortcuts open Jewellery home, Lots, Buy / sell and Cash directly.

Installation does not activate Pro or remove the need for an internet connection for sign-in, billing and signed-in money.

Every new account starts with the full Pro package free for 14 days, no approval wait. After 14 days the account continues on Free unless Pro is activated.

Use fictional records for your first walkthrough. Read Storage, sync and privacy before entering gem-trade information.

1. Open Lots. Add Sample Lot with sapphire 2.1ct, purity and cost.
2. Open Buy / sell and add a buy of LKR 180,000 and a sell of LKR 240,000.
3. Open Cash and log a USD note you type.
4. Open Money to review income you typed. Sign in if you want closing a sale to post income.
5. On Pro, open Reports and review the pack.

On a computer, these sections appear in the sidebar. This guide uses the English labels; your chosen language may translate them. Calendar, clients, timeline and reminders are extra notes in this release.

1. Choose Lots. Enter the name, optional weight and purity, and a positive cost.
2. Status can move through held, reserved or sold.
3. Held lots appear on Gem home at cost.

Choose Buy / sell to add a buy or sell against a lot name, with a positive amount and date. Closing a sale may write income when you are signed in.

Choose Cash to log a date, currency, amount and in/out direction. Choose Calendar, Clients, Timeline and Reminders for notes you type.

Money is the signed-in ledger: sale, repair and other income, plus purchase, cutting, transport, security and other expenses you type.

Closing a sale may write income when you are signed in. Cash notes do not write to this ledger on their own.

Reports is a Pro tab after the 14-day trial. It offers income summary, expense summary and CSV ledger export as a pack for review.

1. Open Settings or Subscription from your account. Your current plan, trial end date and NGJA licence number are shown.
2. To upgrade, choose the monthly or annual Dealer Pro plan and send the invoice request. The MyTracksy team confirms payment instructions by email or WhatsApp; Pro is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Online card checkout is not yet available.
3. Renewals follow the same request flow before the period ends. To cancel, simply do not renew; your records stay in your account and the workspace continues on Free.

• Lots, buy/sell and cash stay on this device first. They are native jewellery records in the GemTracksy desk.
• Gem money uses the signed-in ledger. Closing a sale may write income when you are signed in. Access is limited to your profile by database and storage rules.
• Signing out keeps signed-in ledger records in your account. Clearing website data can remove device-first entries on that device.
• After the trial: your workspace never locks. Pro reports pause on Free until Pro is activated; every record stays in your account. There is no approval wait.

• Purity and prices are figures you type. They are not an assay.
• Multi-currency cash is user-entered, not a live FX feed.
• Reports are a pack for review. They are not an NGJA certificate or payment export.
• Reports require Pro after the 14-day trial.

Lots, buy/sell trades and cash notes are records you type. When signed in, closing a sale may write income — a record, not a payment taken by the app. In the public demo, a sell quantity cannot exceed the lot's remaining pieces.

Reports are locked after 14 days

Your Pro trial has ended and the account is on Free. Open Subscription to request Pro activation; the MyTracksy team activates it after invoice payment. There is no approval wait to keep the workspace open.

My lots are not on the other device

Device-first entries stay on the device where you typed them. Sign in with a real account for gem money, then open the second device while online.

The demo refused the sell quantity

In the public demo, a sell quantity cannot exceed the lot's remaining pieces. Reduce the quantity, then try again.

Closing a sale did not take a card payment

That is expected. GemTracksy records the amounts you type. It does not certify NGJA, assay gems, hold stones, or move money. Purity and prices are figures you type. Multi-currency cash is user-entered, not a live FX feed.
