The same account
Free and Pro use this same app. Your account and supported cloud records are available after signing in and connecting. Check that sync has completed before relying on a record elsewhere.

YOUR PRACTICE, WITH YOU
Keep your doctor workspace a tap away. Install the MyTracksy web app on your iPhone or Android phone, then use the same account for Free or Pro.
Open medical appInstall through your browser. No App Store or Play Store download is needed.

Already installed? Open Dr Tracksy from your Home Screen. This browser window cannot confirm whether you installed it elsewhere.
A FEW SIMPLE STEPS
Have your phone connected to the internet before you start.
On your iPhone, open Safari and visit the medical app address below. If you arrived from WhatsApp or another app, open the link in Safari first.
Use Safari’s Share button (the square with an upward arrow). In the compact toolbar, first open More, then Share.
Choose Add to Home Screen. If Open as Web App is shown, switch it on, then tap Add. You can keep the name Dr Tracksy.
Return to your Home Screen and tap Dr Tracksy. Sign in with your existing MyTracksy account, or create an account if this is your first visit. Complete setup while connected to the internet.
Browser labels can vary by version. See the official instructions from Apple: add a website to your Home Screen (opens in a new tab).
BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLINIC
Install and sign in on your chosen device before entering patient information.
Free and Pro use this same app. Your account and supported cloud records are available after signing in and connecting. Check that sync has completed before relying on a record elsewhere.
Patient records, consultations and prescriptions are stored on this device. They do not automatically move to another phone, browser, or installed app. Medical records remain after sign-out. Clearing website data or losing the device can remove them; keep an encrypted backup.
After an online setup, some saved screens and local records may open offline. New sign-ins, cloud updates, connected clinic services, AI tools and subscription changes need an internet connection.
Before changing devices or removing stored app data, open Backup & Restore. Free includes an encrypted file backup; Premium also offers encrypted online backups. Restore using the same account and the original backup password. Read the data and backup guidance.
NEED A HAND?
Open the address directly in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. Leave private browsing and any WhatsApp or social app browser, let the page finish loading, then check the browser menu again. On iPhone, use Edit Actions in the Share menu if Add to Home Screen is missing.
On iPhone, check that Open as Web App is enabled when adding the icon, if your version shows that option. On Android, choose Install when offered. A shortcut may open a browser tab. You can still use the website there; do not clear website data to troubleshoot.
The installed app may use a separate browser session. Connect to the internet and sign in with the same account. A separate session will not automatically contain clinical records saved in another browser.
Check the email address of the signed-in account and reconnect. Pro access follows the account with that entitlement. Local clinical records stay in the browser or installed app where you created them. Check that original app before signing out or removing it.
Open the app while connected to the internet. Save your work before closing and reopening it. Updates are delivered through the website; you do not need an app-store download. Avoid clearing app data as an update step.
