The separate Ward Round, Voice Note, Scheduler and Life Admin screens are Pro previews. They keep session-only content, do not update patient records and are not live clinical automation. Use fictional or non-identifying information; clinician review is always required.

What can I do with MyTracksy Doctor?
Organise workplaces and appointments, keep patient and consultation records on your device, and track channeling income, clinic expenses and receipts. The consultation workflow includes your reviewed prescription and print controls. Pro adds the separate Prescription Manager, financial reports, auditor exports and optional encrypted online backups.
What happens after I create my account?
Your workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for one month — no card needed. Verify your email when requested and add your SLMC registration reference from the banner inside the app within that month; we review it and email you when it is approved so the workspace stays open. Professional approval and paid Pro activation are separate.
Where are my patient records and backups stored?
Working patient, consultation and prescription records stay on your device. Free includes encrypted file backup and restore; Pro adds optional encrypted online snapshots in three slots. These are manual backups, not continuous clinical sync. Signed-in financial records and connected-clinic booking details use online services separately.
Can my clinic reception add bookings?
Yes, after an authorised clinic accepts your invitation and you publish its reviewed clinic schedule. Reception books against that schedule; you review incoming bookings in Today when automatic acceptance is off. Shared booking details and appointment statuses use the online clinic service. Your personal clinical notes and prescriptions are not shared with reception.
How do I activate Pro?
Choose a monthly or annual plan and create or sign in to your account. The MyTracksy team confirms the invoice and payment instructions, then activates Pro manually after payment confirmation. Selecting a plan does not charge you or unlock paid access. Professional registration approval is still required.
Can I use it offline or prepare records for my accountant?
Saved clinical records and personal scheduling remain available on the device. Sign-in, approval, financial sync, clinic updates and online backups need a connection. Pro can prepare a financial export pack for your accountant or tax adviser; it does not file a return or determine your final tax position.
