Make LensTracksy part of your studio day.

1. Open LensTracksy and choose Start free. Create an account using your email and password, or continue with Google. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
2. Your studio workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for 14 days. No card is needed, nothing is charged, and there is no approval wait.
3. For email registration, open the verification link sent to your inbox. Check spam too. When the verification banner appears, use Resend email or I’ve verified as needed.
4. A studio registration number is optional. Open Upgrade or Settings only if you want it on your records; it is not required to use the workspace.

Before entering real studio information, try the public demonstration with fictional studio records.

LensTracksy is a progressive web app (PWA). You add it from your browser and open it from your home screen.

• iPhone: open the Studios page in Safari. Choose Share (under More in some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then confirm Add.
• Android: open the Studios page in Chrome. Use Install and create shortcut → Install. Older versions may show Install app or Add to home screen.

Follow the full iPhone and Android installation guide if your browser shows a different menu. Home-screen shortcuts open Studio Home, Event Folios, Gear Vault and the Contract Template directly.

Installation does not activate Pro or remove the need for an internet connection for sign-in, billing and signed-in records.

Every new account starts with the full Pro package free for 14 days, then continues on Free unless Pro is activated — there is no approval step.

Use fictional records for your first walkthrough. Read Storage, sync and privacy before entering studio information.

1. Open Event Folios. Add Sample Couple Perera with package value LKR 450,000 and a wedding date.
2. On Pro, open Milestones and record a retainer of LKR 150,000 of 450,000.
3. Open True Profit and add a crew or lab expense against that folio.
4. Open Gear Vault and add Sample Camera A with purchase cost. Free includes one main setup.
5. On Pro, open Contract Template and save a typed-note draft you review.

On a computer, these sections appear in the sidebar. This guide uses the English labels; your chosen language may translate them.

1. Choose Event Folios. Enter client name, date, location, package and value.
2. Status can move through lead, booked, shot, editing, delivered or archived.
3. Free Solo Photographer includes up to 3 active shoots per month (events in the current month that are not delivered or archived).

Milestones

Choose Milestones on Pro to record advance, shoot-day, pre-shoot and album-delivery checkpoints. Marking a milestone paid is a record you type; it does not take a card payment or move money.

Nekath calendar

The calendar flags overlapping event dates you entered so you can plan crew and travel. It is a planning aid, not an astrological certification, and it does not book venues.

Clients

Choose Clients to keep contacts you type. Sign in is required. This is a contact list, not a CRM that emails couples for you.

True Profit shows package received minus crew, lab, travel and rental expenses you typed against an event. Totals on Studio Home come from these records.

When you are signed in with a real account, paid milestones and expenses can post to the signed-in cash feed. Guest sessions keep those records on this device only.

Gear Vault is a list of cameras, drones and other kit you type, with purchase cost and an optional receipt-reference URL. Free includes one main camera setup; unlimited gear is on Pro.

Asset Planning is a Pro view that spreads purchase cost evenly over five years for planning only. It does not file a return or determine deductibility. Confirm tax treatment with a qualified adviser.

Contract Template, Shot-list Builder and Client Message turn typed notes into a saved draft. They run locally from the notes you enter; they do not call an AI model, transcribe audio, or send a message for you.

Drafts need your review before you use them. Demo downloads are labelled DEMO ONLY.

1. Open Upgrade from your account. Your current plan, trial end date and optional studio registration number are shown.
2. To upgrade, choose the monthly or annual Premium Wedding Pro plan and send the invoice request. The MyTracksy team confirms payment instructions by email or WhatsApp; Pro is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Online card checkout is not yet available.
3. Renewals follow the same request flow before the period ends. To cancel, simply do not renew; your records stay in your account and the workspace continues on Free Solo Photographer.

• Events, milestones, expenses, gear and saved templates stay on this device for guest and demo sessions. When you are signed in with a real account, those records live in your signed-in studio workspace.
• Clients and the cash feed require a signed-in account. Access is limited to your profile by database and storage rules.
• Signing out keeps signed-in records in your account. Clearing website data can remove guest-session entries on that device.
• After the trial: your workspace never locks. Pro tools pause on Free until Pro is activated; every record stays in your account.

Events, payments and gear are records you type. When signed in, paid milestones and expenses can write to the ledger — a record, not a payment.

Your Pro trial has ended and the account is on Free Solo Photographer. Open Upgrade to request Pro activation; the MyTracksy team activates it after invoice payment.

My event folio is not on the other device

Guest-session entries stay on the device where you typed them. Sign in with a real account so later entries live in that workspace, then open the second device while online.

The demo refused the payment

In the public demo, a milestone payment cannot exceed remaining due. Reduce the amount, then try again.

Recording a folio did not book a venue or take a card payment

That is expected. LensTracksy records the amount; it does not book venues, process card payments, or move money.
