Guest and demo sessions keep those records on this device. When you are signed in with a real account, events, milestones, expenses, gear and saved templates live in your signed-in studio workspace.

Clients and the cash feed: signed-in workspace

Studio clients require sign-in. The cash feed posts to the signed-in ledger only for signed-in accounts. Access is limited to your signed-in profile by database and storage rules.

Templates and asset planning: figures and notes you enter

Contract, shot-list and client-message tools prepare editable text you review. Asset Planning spreads purchase cost for planning only — it is not a tax filing.

What this release does not do

No booking venues, no card payments, no moving money, and no filing tax. Templates do not call an AI model. The Nekath calendar flags overlapping dates you entered; it is not an astrological certification.

You remain responsible for client settlements, tax filings, device access and record retention. Read the privacy policy.

What happens after I create my account?

Your workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for one month — no card needed and no approval wait. Verify your email when requested. Add your studio registration number in Settings if you want it on your records. After one month your account continues on Free unless you activate Pro.

Where are my events, gear and templates stored?

Guest and demo sessions keep events, milestones, expenses, gear and saved templates on this device. When you are signed in with a real account, those records live in your signed-in studio workspace. How do I activate Pro?

Choose a monthly or annual plan and create or sign in to your account. The MyTracksy team confirms the invoice and payment instructions, then activates Pro manually after payment confirmation. Selecting a plan does not charge you or unlock paid access.

Is the Nekath calendar an astrological certification?

No. The Nekath calendar flags overlapping event dates you entered so you can plan crew and travel. It is a planning aid, not an astrological certification, and it does not book venues.
