Stay money: signed-in ledger

Stay money uses the signed-in ledger. Checkout may write room-night income when you are signed in. Access is limited to your signed-in profile by database and storage rules.

Reports: a pack for review

Reports on Pro are income and expense summaries and a CSV ledger export. They are a pack for review — not a Booking.com or payment export.

What this release does not do

No Booking.com connection, no card payments, and no moving money. Deposits are amounts you type. Calendar, clients, timeline and reminders are extra notes you keep in the workspace.

You remain responsible for guest-house records, device access and record retention. Read the privacy policy.

What happens after I create my account?

Your workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for one month — no card needed and no approval wait. Verify your email when requested. Add your SLTDA licence number in Settings if you want it on your records. After one month your account continues on Free unless you activate Pro.

Does MyTracksy Hotel connect to Booking.com or take card payments?

No. Rooms, bookings and housekeeping are records you type. The app does not connect to Booking.com, process card payments, or move money. Deposits are amounts you type. Reports are a pack of income and expense summaries and a CSV ledger export.

Where are my stay records stored?

Rooms, bookings and housekeeping stay on this device first. When you are signed in, stay money uses the signed-in ledger, and checkout may write room-night income. Records are protected by account-scoped access rules.

How do I activate Pro?

Choose a monthly or annual plan and create or sign in to your account. The MyTracksy team confirms the invoice and payment instructions, then activates Pro manually after payment confirmation. Selecting a plan does not charge you or unlock paid access.
