Entries are saved on your device immediately and synced to your signed-in account when online, so they follow you between phone and laptop.
Income and expenses: signed-in ledger
The money tab uses your signed-in ledger. Completing a billed trip may write matching income there when you are signed in, and a fuel log with cost may write an expense. Access is limited to your signed-in profile by database and storage rules.
Reports: figures you enter
CSV exports are labelled for your own review. Nothing is inferred. Tax treatment stays with you and your adviser.
What this release does not do
No live GPS, no automatic dispatch, and no moving money. There is no tax, export or AI tab. The money tab is a ledger form, not a bank or telematics connection.
You remain responsible for trip settlements, tax filings, device access and record retention. Read the privacy policy.

What can I do with MyTracksy Transport?
Record trips, fuel logs and drivers you enter, keep clients, a trip calendar, reminders, a timeline and a signed-in income and expense ledger. Completing a billed trip may write income to that ledger when you are signed in, and a fuel log with cost may write an expense. Reports are on Pro. There is no tax, export or AI tab in this release, and the app does not track GPS live, dispatch automatically, or move money.
What happens after I create my account?
Your workspace opens straight away with the full Pro package free for one month — no card needed and no approval wait. Verify your email when requested. Add your transport licence number in Settings if you want it on your records. After one month your account continues on Free unless you activate Pro.
Does MyTracksy Transport track GPS or dispatch vehicles?
No. Trips, fuel and drivers are records you type. The app does not track GPS live, dispatch automatically, or move money. When you are signed in, completing a billed trip may also write income to your ledger, and a fuel log with cost may write an expense, so the two stay in step.
Where are my trips, fuel logs and drivers stored?
Trips, fuel logs, drivers, clients, calendar, reminders and the timeline are saved on your device first and synced to your signed-in account when you are online. Income and expense records use the signed-in ledger. Records are protected by account-scoped access rules.
How do I activate Pro?
Choose a monthly or annual plan and create or sign in to your account. The MyTracksy team confirms the invoice and payment instructions, then activates Pro manually after payment confirmation. Selecting a plan does not charge you or unlock paid access.
Are reports a substitute for an accountant?
No. Reports organise the figures you typed so you can share a CSV. MyTracksy does not calculate tax, file returns, or replace professional advice.
