Add clients one by one or import a reviewed Excel worksheet, up to your plan’s limit.
Jobs and approvals
Assign client work and record preparation, review and partner approval.
Compliance calendar
Generate supported compliance dates for each client. Your firm reviews them and files through the authority’s own system.
Client portal
Invite verified client accounts to submit requested documents and accept a versioned engagement letter.
Client bookkeeping
A separate chart of accounts and ledger for each client: review bank imports, reconcile balances and produce statements.
Time and billing

Before you start
Where do I sign in?
At app.mytracksy.com. FirmOS has its own sign-in, separate from the MyTracksy phone apps.
Does FirmOS file returns with the IRD?
No. Your firm reviews VAT figures and compliance dates and submits returns through the relevant authority’s own system. FirmOS does not submit returns to IRD RAMIS.
Is there a trial?
New firms get a 14-day trial when registration is open. Paid months are bought separately through PayHere.
