Before you start
When can I download MyTracksy Personal?
It is in testing on Google Play now, and the iPhone version follows. Message us on WhatsApp for early access and we will send you the link as soon as it opens to everyone.
Is it really free?
Yes. Records, budgets, reports and net worth are free. Pro adds receipt scanning, bank statements and the AI coach from Rs 990 a month (Rs 9,000 a year).
What is the launch offer?
Every new user gets every Pro and Voice feature free for their first 90 days, no card needed. When the 90 days end you keep the free plan, or subscribe to Pro inside the app.
Does the app read my SMS inbox?
Only if you switch it on, and only on Android. On any phone you can paste a bank or wallet message and just that message is read. On Android you can also turn on automatic reading: the app asks for SMS permission, then reads only messages from banks and wallets and turns them into records — other messages are ignored, and the app never sends or deletes SMS. Bank messages are read on your phone; a message the on-device reader cannot understand is sent to our AI service to be read and is not stored. The Google Play version starts with paste while Google reviews the SMS permission.
Where is my data kept?
On your phone. It syncs to your MyTracksy account only if you sign in, and you can back it up to your own Google Drive.
