Every MyTracksy workspace has a Free plan with no expiry: income and expense records, receipt capture, and the core tools of that profession. Pro is paid, priced per workspace, and unlocked after the team activates the plan. There is no single price for “MyTracksy Pro,” because a household budget and a hatchery are not the same product.
How to see the difference before you pay
Each profession now has a five-step public demo with fictional records. The demo starts on Free. Pro tools appear as locked cards with a single control to try the Pro demo. That is the same pattern on MyTracksy Doctor, MyTracksy Legal, MyTracksy Engineering, MyTracksy Studios, Creator and the other workspaces listed on the home page.
What Free is for
- Daily recording: income, expenses, the profession’s core list (patients, cases, projects, stock, deals, and so on).
- Receipt images on the device you use.
- A signed-in ledger and CSV export where that workspace supports it.
- Encrypted file backup on Medical Free; other workspaces describe their own backup on their page.
What Pro adds (varies by workspace)
- Reports, tax-planning previews for adviser review, and auditor export packs — Medical Pro is the reference.
- Profession-specific unlocks: for example standalone Prescriptions on Medical Pro, Gear Vault on Creator Pro, Milestones on Studios Pro.
- Priority setup support on plans that list it.
What neither plan is
- Not an IRD filing product.
- Not a bank, POS, or payment gateway inside the workspace (PayHere is used for MyTracksy subscriptions where billed that way).
- Not clinical, legal, or engineering certification.
- Preview modules stay labelled as previews. A Pro badge does not turn a preview into a live integration.
