Doctors who channel at more than one hospital often discover the same gap in October: payouts were recorded, expenses were recorded, and the AIT or WHT certificates were not. The certificates live with the hospital finance desk, in an email folder, or in a stack of PDFs named scan0031.
MyTracksy Doctor includes a WHT certificate checklist on Free so you can tick what you have collected against the workplaces you already use. That is a memory aid. It is not a determination of tax, a substitute for IRD forms, or advice about whether a particular deduction applies.
Keep a list, not a pile
- List every hospital or centre that withholds on your payouts.
- For each one, note the period the certificate should cover and the date you last asked for it.
- When the certificate arrives, store a copy with that workplace and mark the checklist.
- If a certificate is missing, write that down too. “I think Asiri sent it” is not a record.
- Give the set to your accountant with the ledger, not as a separate WhatsApp dump in November.
What MyTracksy stores
You type the workplaces, the payouts, and the checklist status. Receipt capture can hold a photo or file of the certificate on the device. Signed-in financial records follow your account. The app does not log into a hospital portal, does not download certificates for you, and does not submit anything to IRD.
What we will not say
- We will not tell you the rate that applies to your income.
- We will not tell you whether a certificate is complete or correctly issued.
- We will not file, e-file, or “settle” tax inside the app.
- Pro tax-planning screens, where present, are labelled as planning estimates for review.
If you want to see the money screens without creating an account, use the doctor demo. It uses fictional figures. Then open MyTracksy Doctor when you are ready to record your own workplaces.
